Delete your Lend Buddy account

In the app

1. Open Lend Buddy and sign in.
2. Borrowers: tap Account. Lenders: tap Settings → My account.
3. Tap Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.

Without the app

Contact iNdex Tech using the details below, from the phone number or name on the account. We will confirm it is you and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (phone number and password), your phone’s notification tokens and your notifications.
• If you own an organisation in Lend Buddy, deleting your account also closes that organisation in the app and removes its staff logins. It does not close the organisation’s legal business or its loans.

What is kept, and why

• Loan and payment records stay with the organisation where required for record-keeping. They are no longer linked to your deleted login.
